This program offers a one time stipend! If you are a high school student between the ages of 14 and 18 looking to develop job skills, explore careers and colleges, and gain experiences that will boost your resume and/or college application then you are encouraged to apply. There are a variety of placements that the Riverdale Neighborhood House Career offers. Apply with this link by September 29 to be considered.
NYCLU’s Teen Activist Project (TAP) is an exciting youth program that engages New York City teens as leaders and organizers on civil rights and civil liberties. Stipends of up to $600 available for students. Apply with this link by October 10 to be considered.
Expanding the Walls is a free program for teens enrolled in high school or GED program to learn about photography, history, and community. Participants will receive $1000 stipend and a Canon EOS Rebel DSLR camera. Please apply with this link by November 14 to be considered.
This opportunity is for high school seniors only. This opportunity is a highly selective five-month virtual career development program for current high school seniors across the United States. Through skill-building sessions, mentorship, and exposure to professionals across Morgan Stanley, students will gain insight into finance careers and how to prepare for success in the industry. The LiberatED Youth Leaders Program (YPL) is a six-part virtual series open to current high schoolers. As a part of the YLP, you will collaborate with LiberatED staff and fellow youth to co-create a healing-centered community focused on leadership development, self-advocacy, stress management, emotional intelligence, and mental health support.
